  • Monthly Support: When you become a monthly client, you enjoy unlimited access to our team of experts. They can assist you with any POS questions that you have, as well as troubleshoot hardware issues and more.
  • Hourly Block Support: If you’re needs are only piecemeal, then you can purchase blocks of time with our support staff to use as needed. We offer discounted rates for businesses that purchase 10- or 20-hour blocks.

What If I’m Not On a Plan?

If you’re not on a support plan, don’t worry. You can still get access to All Point’s exceptional team. Just please understand that we have to give our committed clients priority when it comes to scheduling.

Our team of experts are available to you Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm East Coast Time.
